Just to clarify, Kenny Rogers’ Lake House does not have an esetqurian center or a private air strip. At one time, Kenny Rogers also owned a nearby property called Beaver Dam Farms which featured those things, but it was sold to Wes and Liz Adams in 2003.The “Lake House” which Kenny Rogers does own and which is selling at auction on June 26th, has 150 acres, fenced pastures, 3 water wells, and a small barn. The property could easily be configured to accommodate horses. The last list price was $2,850,000.There is one 8-acre lake that is stocked with fish and features an island pavilion for covered picnicking. The property also features a built-in, ground-level trampoline and a Go-Cart circuit track!Designed around the pool, this is a great house for entertaining and only about 15 minutes from the University of Georgia campus. For all you Bulldog fans, imagine the parties this property could host during football season! For more information, contact me at (214) 649-7346.
